How to Report a Phishing Message
The “Phish Alert Button” in Outlook is the easiest and safest way to report a phishing message to the IT department.

Caution!
You should never reply to, forward, or click a link in any suspicious message.
Click the Phish Alert Button, which is located at the top of the message window in Outlook:

Verify you have selected the correct message and click Phish Alert:
In a few minutes, you will receive a message from “PhishAlert@hollins.edu”:
The message will be classified as:
Benign
Spam
Malicious
