Getting on the Wireless Network

Wireless Networks

Hollins has several wireless networks, so you should choose the correct network for your purpose.

Network Name (SSID)

People

Devices

Hollins_Wi-Fi

Employees, Students

Computers, phones, tablets

Hollins_IoT_Wi-Fi

Employees, Students

Smart TVs, gaming systems, streaming sticks

Guest Wi-Fi

Guests, Visitors

Computers, phones, tablets

Hollins_Wi-Fi

Apple Devices (macOS and iOS)

  1. Tap Settings.

  2. Tap Wi-Fi.

  3. Tap the Hollins_Wi-Fi network.

  4. Enter your username and password (same as email, Moodle, etc.)

  5. Tap Join.

  6. Tap Trust.

Android Devices

  1. Select Hollins Wi-Fi from available networks.

  2. Enter your username and password (same as email, Moodle, etc.)

  3. Tap Use system certificates.

  4. Type packetfence.hollins.edu into the Domain field.

  5. Tap Connect.
