Charges
All employees and students are billed the same print and copy charges. We do not bill overinflated print and copy charges. All charges are based directly on our true costs with no markup.

Please note there is a 25% discount for double-sided printing (duplex) to encourage economical paper use.
Paper Cost
Employees and students do not pay extra for paper for copy paper. Paper costs are included in your print and copy charges.
Paper Supply
- Students - The Help Desk supplies the paper for all student printers. Please contact the Help Desk (540)362-6538 https://helpdesk.hollins.edu to request paper for a student printer.
- Employees - Employees must submit a work order to request a case of paper. The paper will be delivered to your office.
