- Sign into wifi network (Hollins_Wi-Fi) with Hollins credentials
- Four ways to get help from IT:

- Most things are single-sign-on using your Hollins credentials; you may need your Hollins ID number (usually starts with an A) for some types of assistance

- HIS
  - faculty will need to enter grades into HIS at end of semester (not automated from Moodle)
  - Official roster is here; if you do not see your classes in HIS then contact the registrar to make sure you are listed as the instructor of record

- Moodle gets its roster information from the Registrar’s office via Banner; if you don’t see something you think you should, email me and include your Hollins ID number and course title(s) and/or CRNs as a first step
