# Getting Started with Moodle

#### New to Moodle?

Here are some resources to get you started:

Look for a Moodle session as part of faculty orientation or early in the semester. I do at least one hands-on workshop each semester to help faculty with Moodle.

If you have never used a Learning Management System (LMS) before or are transitioning from a different one and are unsure where to begin, you may want to start with the Moodle basics short videos created by Moodle and hosted on their YouTube channel.
